Pros
the owner is pretty much dumb, so you can do what ever you want during the day.
Cons
the owner is cheap and ask you to stay extra time without paying for those hours. you try to ask for more and he gives you hell. he won't pay you for life insurance as he supposed to and try to avoid any further payment. The salary comes late and sometimes he paid me after two or three month later.

great opportunities for professional advancement. New technologies and challenging tasks. Every week you learn something new. Very interesting. Good for engineers to gain experience. A family atmosphere and good relations I got a free professional curse that worth more than $5,000
Cons
It is a small company, so if you look for a 200+ worker company it is not it. If you don't like to learn new thing then it is not for you.
