the owner is pretty much dumb, so you can do what ever you want during the day.

the owner is cheap and ask you to stay extra time without paying for those hours. you try to ask for more and he gives you hell. he won't pay you for life insurance as he supposed to and try to avoid any further payment. The salary comes late and sometimes he paid me after two or three month later.

the owner is mental lam and you can tell him any lie and get out of it.

he doesnt pay salary on time , sometimes you need to wait for months. as for benefits you can dream about it. google his name and find out. he tell you lies that he'll provide you a yearly bonus but in the end of the year he says there is no revenue.
