Good PTO (if they ever let you take it) PTO will not roll over to next year if they don't let you take it. Good health through BCBS but costs more than what most employers charge employees.
Cons
Management was like a loose trigger. One day they love you and the next they were writing you up. Everyone was written up regularly. Human Resources and Learning and Development rule the company (more or less). New CEO Rick Callicut keeps buying banks with no disregard to how many employees' are losing their jobs. Now growing too quickly and will probably be sold out to a larger bank. Unrealistic sales goals when branches are constantly short staffed. Frequent layoffs and turn overs. Customers took notice and talk constantly about how there are always new people in the branches.
