When you make your sales, money is very good. (In our team we would have people making both 25k/year and 109k/year) I also had a very good manager that would give good advice and assist when he was needed. Company car Official training got given to me 1 year in- fully paid for my bmw to go to headquarters for 2 weeks
Cons
No work life balance. My working hours were 8:45-6pm but most days I’d leave between 7-8pm and that was the norm. Toxic team- I worked with a couple people that had been there for 6+ years. And they would sabotage anyone they could to get their numbers up (of course dependant on individuals) Base pay is not sustainable if you have a bad sales month I worked there for 1.5 years and saw 7 people join and leave my team from not being able to handle the stress of the environment.
