      Pros

      Money is great. Top pay is 29.45/hour and you hit top pay in 5 years. Assembly schedule is 6×10 rotating schedule. Every 3 weeks is a 5 day weekend.

      Cons

      Management is absolute trash. They don't care about you. All they care about is what you can do for them, but they will never do anything for you. You are just a number to them.
