Pros
BMW is a very nice company to work for. The colleages are very knowledgeable and most of them are ready to lend a hand when needed. The work life balance is usually very good. This is enforced by a very strong union. Note that the work environment is very professional to ensure that project are finished and time and are meeting the highest standard.
Cons
Not so many cons. Overall very good. Big jumps in career evolution might be a bit difficult to reach due to the large number of competent workers to choose from.
