      Colourful workforce, very skilled and experienced with how the Press Shop ran, office engineers are willing to help fresh blood when pressed. Engaging workloads, always something to try and fix

      Cons

      Culture split between engineers and Press Line operators and associates, communication has problems between offices and workfloor.
