The organisation lacks strategic goals that make sense and they do not capitalise on their strengths. They are strong in naval engineering, and should focus on that. If you are a naval engineer, then this place is great for you. For everything else, they hire talentless people that have zero idea what they are talking about. Due to this lack of direction, this organisation will sink. In addition, the organisation lacks diversity.
