Nothing as such. But yes, if you Survive here for more than 3 yrs, u‘d be treated as the most intelligent TL. CEO will beg you to continue working here for no salary . Because he is an Imbecile. You can take 20 days to program a login page and it’s not your fault.

I dint find no star option to rate this company a big Zero. So Im giving it 1.. Not kidding ! First n foremost, No salaries paid From past 5 months. CEO is faking that he has projects n will pay. But, in reality he is incapable to run a company. He has THE WORST attitude and a foul mouth which screwed his own company. He always blames ppl n His arrogance has no limits. His clients dislike him too. A lot of favouritism on the floor, that makes u feel clueless. TLs are the worst staff here. They mastered how to blame others for their mistakes. They take no responsibility. Seeing them, other developers started behaving the same. They continue for years in this office because they are incapable of finding a suitable job. HR - HR here doesn’t have managerial skills. She is immature and talks away from the point. Her expressions and behaviour when u ask for salaries, irates you. She is scared of her own job to negate what CEO says. Basically she is present for nothing. If you are still pannling to join this company- Then happy birthday to you.
