Except above everything is a con. ;) Low pay, no benefits, only boot licking. They prefer retired candidates for all job roles.

1. Few people are selected for growth. 2. Either work hard or don't work at all are in the same basket during promotion and increment. 3. Influence works better than hard work. 4. Retired people show power and try to control younger employees' critical thinking capabilities and grab their learning growth opportunities, too.
