      Pros

      Great hours with consistent work. Family owned and everyone is treated like family with ability to learn alot about manufacturing.

      Cons

      We moved and I could no longer work there cause of the distance.

      if you are new to the work force, it is a good place to start.

      there is no chance to advance in this position and won't get much improve in production knowledge.

      Pros

      Friendly plant staff. Fantastic opportunities to gain experience in multiple metal manufacturing processes. Lots of cross training opportunities.

      Culture of " good enough is good enough" .
