Pros

1. It is a place where you can learn a great deal. 2. You often have the ability to take on new responsibilities. 3. It is very easy to get a job here, they hire nearly anyone.

Cons

1. There is an illusion of advancement here. You can take on all the responsibility however the pay will never increase to match that responsibility. 2. There is a lot of opportunity to learn, however that opportunity is 'on your own' you are thrown into positions and some people make it and some people don't. Those that do not are described by senior management as "lazy" or "stupid". 3. Senior management preys on the 'need' of people to work. Compensation is never in writing and bonuses and commissions are rarely paid. 4. There is nearly a 100% turnover each and every year. There are only three employees in the organization that have been there longer than three (3) years. 5. Raises are given and then taken away.

Pros

Fun team environment. Friday pizza, UW sports games, concerts, and company trips keep things fun and connected. Tons of growth opportunity. No micromanagement, but you’ll be expected to step up and own your role. Real recognition for effort. Execution is rewarded. Excuses are not. Commissions are high, the same for renewal and new leases. High-performance culture. Fast-paced, high standards. The right people thrive here. Leadership is responsive. The executive team is open to feedback and quick to take action. Genuine pride in the work. Coworkers are very helpful. People are happy to be at work.

Cons

Not for coasters or complainers. If you're used to hiding in a slow-moving org, this will be a culture shock. High standards can be uncomfortable. The pace and accountability level isn't for everyone, and that's by design. Still evolving. The company is in transformation mode, which means change happens fast and expectations shift with it.
