Pros
Not a lot of micro management if any management at all. Most of the coworkers are pretty chill and know what’s going on.
Cons
0 job security, monthly meetings are just to make some people feel important - no real value to them. You’ll get fired on a random afternoon eventually if you don’t land a massive account like Tyson or something of the sort. Cruddy office space, 5x a week in office to sit in silence or a hostile work environment. Owners a perverted racist freak. It’s basically a glorified lemonade stand of a freight brokerage.
