      Pros

      Opportunity to take on more responsibility and work on tasks that interest you. Fun company events. Attempt at work-life balance, but depends on which team you're on and which clients you have.

      Cons

      Disorganization amongst teams and lack of direction for client deliverables. No real job training; very much sink or swim mentality. Unprofessional approach to workplace issues. Management's encouragement of personal relationships amongst coworkers has it's own pros and cons. High employee turnover and management openly disparaged former employees.

      Pros

      Free lunch at times, small office (so you weren’t just a number in the payroll).

      Cons

      If you weren’t a favorite, it was blatantly obvious. They constantly talked negative about past employees and joked around about workplace situations that should have been taking more serious. It was very unprofessional. Lots of ego for not enough flashy clients.
