Arrogant leadership team who seem incapable of accepting that the staff they have hired might just know the job they are doing better than they do! They lack respect for their colleagues and this filters down from the top. They bring onboard all their previous cronies from a beer company and operate in an old boys network. Everyone is doing the job of 3 people and are subsequently chasing their tails in a very disorganised operation. Avoid - don't even bother to apply - go elsewhere!
