Pros

they use up-to-date technology --- current computers on desktops, etc.

Cons

MICRO-management of your hours/minutes, constantly looking over your shoulder to make sure the tiniest details of your schedule are being adhered to.

Pros

This space is not big enough for all of the pros of working at BMI Elite -- let's just start with the top 5: 1. Management is supportive, brilliant and always encouraging career paths -- very progressive with promotions (management is always available and open to suggestions). 2. Employees are provided every tool needed to excel. 3. Environment is contemporary and very professional (beautiful decor)-- very easy to focus and do your job. 4. Employees are given a plethora of privileges and perks that most companies don't provide from free coffee service, breakfast weekly, well equipped lunchroom, many company lunches and parties. Employees have the sense that management always has their back and is thinking of ways to improve our lives both personally and professionallyl. The atmosphere encourages employees to enjoy the surroundings and co-workers. 5. BMI provides an ability to learn and progress, have important input and the ability for each employee to grow and develop with a great sense of purpose. In general -- BMI gives the employees back as much, if not more, than the employee puts in. (I need to mention the fact that BMI's constant success and growth provides a great sense of security for the employees). Every day -- even with any challenges -- has been a great day working here. I am very grateful.

Cons

There is really nothing to fill in here -- the only con would be sometimes the noise in the general area is a little elevated due to high volume of business -- not really a con now is it?
