Not a pleasant company to work for - Member Of Technical Staff BM TRADA Employee Review

Company seems obsessed with hiring more and more people in middle management and less and less people who actually do the work that brings the money in. As a result many of the staff in departments I worked in find themselves working silly hours for a management team that knows nothing whatsoever about the work they do (and shows very little interest). Management focus is short termism personified. Time is spent buying companies rather than nuturing the ones they've got.
