Throughout my career there has been very few places where you’re treated as not just a number. BLT cares about your strengths and allows engineers to choose the projects they want to work on to grow their skills. Because of the classes they offer, engineers get the unique experience of being able to break up their day-to-day work and get the opportunity to interact with engineers and clients to help solve fascinating problems. There’s nothing more rewarding than being able to find solutions to complex problems. If you enjoy puzzles and thought-provoking work, BLT is the place to work. BLT also gives engineers all the tools they need to do their jobs, beefy custom-made workstations, nice screens, offices with views, and FREE coffee. Interviewing at BLT usually involves going to a nice local restaurant for lunch, followed by a technical interview. Most of the interview consisted of trying to figure out which of their many projects would be a good fit for me with some challenging design questions to make sure you know the basics.
