Teams in BLING actually feel like families, where everyone is always ready to help you, whether it's about technical problems, questions or where the free chocolate cookies are. Everything is aligned with the startup vision, and everyone is always caring about our customers and users. It's a really great place to work in! And the company's really flexible in everything.
Cons
It's a startup, in a really powerful moment of the growth, but still a startup. We don't have a lot of managers, and the teams expect everyone to get involved in every new feature, problem or improvement we work in. Some "departments" or teams are really fresh, so a lot of things are still in process of stabilizing, but that also means everyone has an opportunity to decide how things will go in the future.
