Pros

The people who actually do the work are good to work with and want to do the right thing.

Cons

The C-suite and director level staff is missing experience. The CTO, Alan McClanaghan, is horrible at managing people and projects. The company has a high level of turn-over in the technology and sales divisions. During an exit interview, the CEO said he's always accepted the high turn-over rate as part of "those types of people". In my view, this is a lack of leadership and teamwork at the C-suite level.

Pros

over the last couple years, many changes have been made for the better. better communication between departments, better and faster support and install process, and sales knows what there commissions are and when they will be paid on every deal closed.

Cons

under staffed in some departments. not sure what comes next.

Pros

Working with the lazy in-crowd meant having the green light to telecommute courtesy of the CEO was the major win. I was able to get a lot done in a respectful environment, my living room! Decent benefits also IF you they decide to pay you fairly because you are inner circle. The IT guys will help you sometimes more than most of the other sales staff.

Cons

Cherry pick who gets what, or better yet who makes a living is the job of the marketing ,manager and the perrenial "top sales guy" who is a manager without the title. Cross him and BOOM Leadership? Bring your own to be alienated and shot down. Lackluster results because of the con culture of corruption, collusion, and constant upheaval. A managerial revolving door, save the few in on the game. If you work here, keep records. They hire people with minimal sales experience, but rather "dynamic personalities" who don't want to work, rather pontificate about the goal. Meetings were abysmal, sidetracked constantly. Don't expect what they tell you to happen to happen soon. Or in my 16 months ever. regarding the "new roll-out"...wonder if that happened still?
