Pros

- Getting to work out for free - Meeting new people and seeing them get in shape

Cons

MAN OH MAN WHERE DO I START???? HMMM, THERE ARE JUST SO MANY! - They do not pay their part time employees in both Atlanta and DC minimum wage. This is against the law and there should be a class action law suit against you. - They have never paid hourly employees who work over 40 hours, overtime. Again this is against the law. Call any attorney's office or the Department of Labor and ask and they will tell you that YES this is breaking the law. - The customer does not come first here, I have seen customers who have spent a lot of money in this place get turned around in the RUDEST fashion because they were late to a class. It's called TACT people, learn how to use it. - There are constant lies being thrown around in upper management. - The CEO is looking out for one person and one person only and that is herself. But don't let that fool you, her closest minions are just as corrupt as she is and know exactly what they are up to.

Pros

Entrepreneurial Environment - You get to be a part of big decisions for the current and future state of the company. In a larger corporate environment, it would require 15+ years of experience at a C-level position to even be allowed in these types of conversations. Invested Management - The CEO is hands down the most passionate woman I've ever met. Her clients and employees come first before all else. She's invested in us and seeks to motivate, inspire and lead us all to be our best selves.

Cons

Work Hours - I don't consider this a con for myself, as I enjoy working, but this is something to consider if looking to work at BLAST. This is a start-up company. You won't be working the standard 9am-5pm. However - hours are flexible and you can come in go as you please.
