Pros
It was fun to work with the founders of the company. It was a good opportunity to work on different projects and learn different skills. There was a time when I really loved the job.
Cons
Very arrogant, intimidating and bias approach coming from operations senior management. I heard people being told off in front of everyone in a very disrespectful manner. I saw people bursting into tears as could not handle the pressure. I had to leave as expectations very unreasonable ( overtime/receiving calls from management anytime, not getting any help etc) and my mental health was at risk. Attempting to speak with HR left me feeling I'm just not capable handling stress..
