Pros
Blade had an awesome intern program which made the summer working there really enjoyable. It's a steep learning curve at first but then you start to get the hang out of it. Thankfully many of my superiors took the time to train us and made sure to always answer our questions.
Cons
They only hire a few people and it's really competitive. It would be great if there was more openings but they are growing so I'll keep tabs. The main office is a little far away from restaurants so that made it a little challenging.
