      Close to home and in government work which traditionally is more stable and also tends to afford more down time.

      Cons

      Company doesn't care about keeping qualified skilled people. Their only concern is to keep a body in a position so they can bill for it

      Pros

      -Base bay is decent -One of the few contractors that didn't relocate with the BRAC (Fort Monmouth) -Compressed schedule

      Cons

      -Benefits are terrible and time off is very stingy -Unstable work environment -Some managers behave unprofessionally (curse loudly in open areas) -If you're not favored by senior management, it creates an uneasy feeling -Trying to grow too quickly, do not have the reserve funds to weather economic storms -Uneven power schema (non-managers are somehow experts)
