      Lovely and understanding people for sure! Good publishing cred.

      Cons

      You have to be approved for the articles you write, and only the ones that are approved, you'll get paid for. So if the boss only approves 8 a month, then you're only getting paid around 320 monthly (without taking away taxes.)

      Abusive work environment, poor management, and a lack of effective leadership. Would highly advise NOT working here
