The CEO, who is shockingly immoral and arrogant, thinks he's a good manager, but is exactly the opposite. Also, while the concept of this business idea is a great and necessary one, there are constant reminders that the real objective of this company is to establish strong ties with pharmaceutical companies for financial gain. It's obvious that the company simply does not care about its users nearly as much as it claims to.
