      Exposure and connection to a wide variety of venues and clients.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment coming directly from ownership. No work life balance or respect for boundaries. No care for individual people. Constantly talking about great opportunities coming next but never dealing with the present moment or what's happening to real people right now.

      Clear goals and objectives; unique business model; fun startup environment; invites to fun industry parties; work with cool clients; opportunities to shape the future of the company

      Some other employees don't pull their weight; high turnover (maybe not a bad thing though - management cuts people if they don't do their jobs)
