There are not many pros.

Poor top leadership to include President who has only face value. His actions and words di not match. His appearance is deceiving. Not open to suggestions. Strong division between production and non production employees. Production employees treated like second class citizens.

Clean, new office. Good benefits. Good location. You will learn what you don't want in an employer.

Extremely unprofessional environment. The company refuses to upgrade their computer software and everything is done manually, which makes your daily job a nightmare. The customers are maybe 15% of your stress, the other 85% is going to be because of the management. The management staff expects you to never have a life outside of the office. Management will always make you feel guilty for taking time off, no matter how much they deny it. You will have to create coverage plans even when you are going out for your 30 min or less lunch. You will get paid very little for a lot of work. If someone leaves, most likely that person will not be replaced but instead you will be expected to cover that position in addition to the 3 other you are doing on a daily basis. If you accept a job offer here, expect to be externally mistreated.
