As an intern I feel like the biggest worry is that you will be doing scut work and not actually learning about the sales process, and here that is not an issue. They spend tons of one on one time with me to make sure I fully understand and experience the sales role. I go to all the sales meetings and I play an active role in prospecting and engaging with clients. They were clearly well prepared for training me as the intern and even gave me several books that will help me throughout the entirety of my career.
More than anything it is the company culture that made me love being here. I truly look forward to coming to work in the mornings because I know I will be greeted by welcoming and friendly people. Everyone here is extremely hard working and fully of constant positive encouragement.
Cons
The cons are few and far between. Honestly, the only somewhat negative thing I can think of is that they don't provide housing. But the owners were more than helpful in offering to help me find a place to live.
