Pros
Ownership cares about the employees and their families. While the workload can be demanding, I have always been able to talk to my superiors and make adjustments as needed. It's a great teaching firm, benefits are good (401k match, health insurance, FSA, reimbursement programs, etc), they offer flexibility with schedule, and I have had consistent professional growth. I live south of town, so the location is a Pro for me too.
Cons
Unless you're local, the commute can be a drag, and the salary isn't competitive with Boston firms. CFO can be difficult to deal with (but luckily interaction is limited).
