I’m not going to spend a ton of time with this review because there are other recent ones who have described very well the current negative state of this company. Read them, please. I would hate for anyone to take a position with this company and learn in a more difficult way just how toxic (and unstable) it is there.
It was a good place, albeit with growing pains, up until about two years ago when they hired a new head leader who is an awful leader with zero regard for anyone, and this narcissistic outlook has impacted every aspect of working at BJM.
The recent reviews are because change, even in a negative direction, doesn’t happen overnight, and it’s come to a place where many are saying enough is enough. Any positive reviews are from before this leader and the impact of their leadership impacted the company.
Don’t put your peace at risk. Stay away!
