      Excellent job to get accustomed to a healthcare environment without hands-on responsibility.

      Shifts can be at odd hours, but this is often by choice when applying (i.e., nights vs. days)

      Pros

      Education CAN be paid for, but you are locked into a contract and cannot switch positions

      Cons

      Raises mean nothing. 53 cents is unlivable. incredibly demanding job. Always short staffed so you are doing 2 - 4 peoples worth of work. Constant training that needs to be done every 3 months.
