Ok Company if you are just starting - Leasing Consultant BJB Properties Employee Review

I worked as a Seasonal Office Assistant for BJB Properties at their Millennium Park Plaza location. I was there for the summer of 2024 and 2025. Since the start of the position, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I was given responsibilities in the office that I enjoyed doing and had my ideas heard and implemented. I was also always made to feel important to the team, which may not always happen while being in a seasonal position. The corporate staff members were also incredibly welcoming and always willing to help with any questions that I had.

The corporate location can be located quite far from your office location. You won’t need to be here often, but in the rare occasion that you do, prepare for a bit of a commute.

BJB has an outstanding team. From my very first day, the staff made me feel welcomed, supported, and comfortable in my role. The training was clear, well-structured, and directly aligned with the responsibilities of my seasonal position. Throughout my time at BJB, I was encouraged to continue learning and developing new skills, which motivated me to consistently go above and beyond in my daily tasks.
