Pros
Several of my coworkers were great. Benefits and pay were decent.
Cons
HR spends a lot of time and money trying to get good employees and professing that employees are their greatest asset, but they spend so much money trying to get employees that they're forced to let go of the good ones they have hired. Management cuts employees based on their personal preference not skill level or quality of work. Make sure to align yourself with the right people. They're quick to let quality people go with no warning, taking big steps back instead of proving themselves to be the innovative, progressive company they claim to be.
