      Great work hours and decent employee discounts

      Cons

      People work with little respect for each other. Management allows the bad behaviour as they all contribute to it. People are called stupid and go to blame rather than focus on how to fix things or improve processes.

      Got to see how the whole company operates, and was able to interact with many different departments.

      Cons

      The majority of manufacturing is overseas, so I wasn't able to see the products come off the line.

      -lack of clarity in roles and responsibilities -no straightforward promotion timeline -teams work in silos at time. Could use some work on cross team collaboration
