      + If you have pets (cats or dogs) you can bring them to work + Many people have worked for years in this company and are considered family + Fair brand name within America + Very clean and tidy office with strict house keeping

      Cons

      - toxic upper management with cut throat cost control where Money is first People last. - focused on politics and not innovation - extremely high turnovers for managers - confused strategy with more preaching than doing - low culture dynamics, not a global company

      Got to see how the whole company operates, and was able to interact with many different departments.

      Cons

      The majority of manufacturing is overseas, so I wasn't able to see the products come off the line.
