Pros
I worked at BIS for almost a year in an outside business development / customer service role. During that time I found the environment to be very supportive with approachable staff and management. We had weekly team meetings where all questions or concerns could be reviewed and resolved.
Cons
With the company growing so fast, sometimes I would have a challenge keeping up with new product development and would have to cram to learn all of the new things
