Rewarding work in a hard field - DSP BIS (Behavior Intervention Services) Employee Review

All of the managers and administrative really care about the clients here. They have some of the more challenging clients I've worked with, but the way everyone on the teams cares for the clients is awesome! There are 3 different departments and different position types available where you can work a variety of hours that work for you. The managers in the field really work along side of you and the office staff are friendly if I have to go up there. If there is a question i have they are very easy to get a hold of respond, even when it's after hours. I love that there's the option for over time if I wanted and there's an opportunity to be trained at so many locations! They also offer good benefits and have positions that you can work your way up if that's what you want to do.
