BIPT was a great, small company, concentrating on customer satisfaction.
Cons
After BIPT was acquired, the new company became more interested in telling clients what they should do rather than listening to what clients want to get done. Promises went unfulfilled and many high-quality employees either left or were terminated as the "cause" of the poor delivery performance. Professional Services middle management has no background to do the job and is more interested in standard processes, standardized reporting and in doing things one way to suit themselves than in catering to the needs of the client - an obvious lack of sales and sales management skills.
