The work environment is amazing, you can call it your second home. The employees are very lovely because the culture is made by the leaders. The leaders are very humble, they never doubt to talk or discuss directly with the staffs even the part timers. Binus University is a family company and run by a really great rector, the vision and mission are very clear, that's what made them grow faster than the other private university. Binus won an award as the most caring company, and it's true in real life. The insurance package is good, the HR is very helpful.
Cons
Well, there's nothing perfect in this world. Behind all the goodness that Binus got, you have to accept that you won't make much in this company. They give you enough, just enough. If you are eager to make a lot, I think you might pass this company. But, if you are a starter or a fresh graduate, or, if you're an employee who seek for comfort and plan to serve the company for years, Binus is a right place for you. Last but not least, Binus is popular for its aggressive sales, and it's true. So, if you're getting into the marketing of Binus, get ready to roll up your sleeve ;)
