      Pros

      I was so proud working for a company with a great mission. The mission statement made it easier to tolerate the many things that weren’t working. Hopefully things have changed since 2019.

      Cons

      Three different CEOs in one year. What do you think happens to an organization that is left with no strategy, no clarity, and where the importance of certain things shift on a daily basis? What happens with people’s mental health in a dysfunctional environment? I think it’s pretty clear.

      Hi! I was not here 2019 but I can assure you that many things have happen since then and the 3 CEOs in one year is not something we have repeated (thankfully!).
