Very poor work culture - Architect BIMACE Employee Review

No work-life balance. Leaving in time is frowned upon and considered as leaving early. Very less pay. If you ask for a raise you get scolded as we should feel lucky that we are allowed breath the air inside the office. No value. Employees get treated as their presence in the company is not valued and they do us a favor for giving us a job. Leaves never get approved. They have a system that only half of your leaves would get approved. So always ask for double the leaves you are looking for.
