      Pros

      Weekly pay checks. Remote work environment. People seem nice, but there is a weird dynamic between the CEO, the rest of the company.

      Cons

      The leadership team is top heavy, uncoordinated and all over the place. You can feel the tension. No sales strategy or direction. What's the plan? There is no sales leadership. The COO is trying to manage a sales team and has zero sales experience - what a mess! There is a constant "Flavor of the Day" strategy. They can't stick to any one plan. The sales team is bogged down in meeting after meeting after meeting - when are we supposed to sell?
