      Pros

      Culture - Everyone that I have worked with has generally been great. Not a lot of egos, very little toxic behavior. WLB is great, remote work make flexibility easy.

      Cons

      Leadership turnover seems to indicate lack of solid direction/momentum. No 401K match is abysmall. Highly competitive market, younger competitors are building fast and adapting quickly.

      Good healthcare and time off benefits

      Cons

      Executives are directionless and have no idea what they're doing. The BILL product is terrible and it's because they've just allowed totally inept and non-technical people coast for years. Every product call nobody can actually explain the product, how it functionally works, or the customer experience. They all just thought up an idea (that usually sucks) and had AI make some junk deck that they present and then lie about how it will produce more revenue. The non-technical people at this company drag it down and they don't have smart enough VPs to weed them out.
