Beware, new name same garbage - Anonymous employee BICO Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. Our employee wellbeing is of most importance to us and ensure any concerns we get in response to an employee's health is addressed in confidence directly with the employee. Both, BICO and Cellink have been spending a great deal of time to review each companies' budgets to ensure the proper programs and policies are adhered to from a cost perspective. We have put stronger controls over travel budgets to ensure spending is within the policy. Each company manages the spend for each of their businesses and will follow the same protocols to ensure uniformity across companies and functions. We are sorry you didn't have a more positive experience and will continue to improve our processes to ensure we meet our employees expectations.
