As long as you don't do anything stupid, you'll always have your job.
Cons
So many on the downside; no company culture, very aged staff, too many employees who just sit and wait on the day to end, generally low motivation, management looks out strictly for themselves, the all expariate high level staff concentrate 'powers' in their spheres, all youths with ambition seek to leave as soon as they can, those working in branches are 'disconnected' from company headquarters, etc etc etc
