      What I witnessed is that they practice what they preach unlike other institutions. You are not micromanaged, and the learning & development at this place is ongoing.

      Cons

      High expectations from the staff which keeps you under pressure more often.

      Healthy workplace and great focus on talent development. Employees treat you well.

      Long work hours, but that is normal compared to the private sector in Bahrain.
