Management truly cares about BIAS employees. They are constantly striving to better the company, to be the best place to work. Management continues to find ways to ensure employees feel like part of a team. They value employee’s opinions and recognize it is important to have diverse ideas. I have felt empowered since starting with BIAS five months ago. I feel my suggestions are heard and recognized and excited to implement some of the ideas. I started with BIAS during the pandemic, I was a bit concerned about getting to know the team virtually. Everyone was warm and welcoming and open to help get me acclimated. BIAS has a great team that goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is successful in their roles.
