Pros
Everyone's focus is on team work which makes it great to take off a day and have others step in for you, to make it enjoyable to come back to work. The flexible 1/2 day schedule was one of the best perks I ever heard of! We all know we will be a little short on Friday afternoon, but know when we have ours it is a breath of fresh air to the daily stress you have working full time.
Cons
I cannot think of any. It was the best decision I ever made, joining the agency staff.
