Don’t be Fooled by the ads. BHP try hard but there big drama is who they put in positions. At Nickle west Management were a disgrace. If you brought up safety issues you as good as signed your own termination paper. Had absolutely no respect for the bulk of the crews unless you got on your knees. Then you were fine. The Management at work were putting people at risk every time we went to work. Crawling up the ladder that’s all they were interested in. And extremely dishonest. I fear for the people involved with these blokes wherever they end up.
